GUYS !
Tomorrow is the BBQ already ,
Can someone bring plates , cups , forks , spoons ,
About 40+ of each ,
Don't worry about the food ,
We will buy it on the day itself ,
It will be edible ,
Everything is settled already ,
Only the plates , cups , forks , spoons ,
So can someone bring 40+ of each ,
Or maybe 2 or 3 person bring 20+ ,
Then bring at least $5 ,
Because have to pay for the food , charcoal , etc ,
Our budget for everything is $80 ,
So don't worry too much ,Class BBQ

DISPOSABLE SPOONS --> 1 person
DISPOSABLE FORKS -->1 person
DISPOSABLE PLATES --> 1 person
DISPOSABLE CUPS --> OPTIONAL because some of you might bring your own drinks
PREPARED FOOD
-snacks.
-marshmallows
-sweets
ALL THESE PREPARED FOOD YOU CAN BRING FOR YOUR OWN CONSUMPTION.
UNCOOKED FOOD.
-chicken wings/drumsticks
-satay
-otah
and a few more other food if you can bring !
Go over to Giant with your friends, split the money and buy these or your own
uncooked food.
DRINKS.
Either you bring your own drinks...
OR.
go over to Giant and find a few peeps , split the money and buy 1.5l bottles.
Its your own choice , 1e3!
Please tag at the tagboard to see what kind of planning you want.
Those whose friends dont have computer at home,
please inform them asap by calling them.

The money collected ($40) will be spent in this way.
Get less than 10 people to go over to Giant and get all these items stated.
When everyone goes to the BBQ, everything will be settled.
This idea isnt very useful because we're not sure of the number of people going.

HEY 1E3.
paulynn here.
I think both the class tee + class bbq is equally important .
but i think we should start talking about the class barbeque first,
like who needs to bring what things etc.
so on that day , we need not get one person to bring everything
or be leaving out something.
Tag what you can contribute .
Tag what activities will be carried out on that day.
alright perhaps i can bring out some suggestions.
Disposable items ( plates,cups,utensils) => _______
Food(any kind but must be halal =x ) => _________
Drinks (best in 1.5l or can drinks) => ________
I think something like that.
If you can bring anything, just tag .
Im not really sure whether or not Pasir Ris Park will provide barbecue tools..
Okok. So the class bbq is roughly settled.
Now leaving the class teeshirt.
So, hopefully either Yu Min or Ruixian can inform the whole class soon about it.
So that everyone will be satisfied with their shirt. =)

anyway,me and ruixian come up with a better idea of the tee shirt.
and the tee will be much cheaper and the material is the same as the camp tee.
infront,ie mean the tee will be "I Y 2E3'08"
perhaps behind will be "YO" made up of our names.
about the colour of the shirt, please suggest at the tag board.
about the price don worry.
about the size, please tell ruixian or me. is your P.E. or camp tee size.
about the front, the words will be big,perhaps made up of shinny gold and heart of course red.
if you think it sucks then go and die.
heh,that is ruixian's idea oh. you say not nice aaron will kill you :p
